MAIL ORDER UPDATE

*We are now operating a full mail order service, despatching Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs. We are sorry be we are unable to ship outside mainland UK at the moment* 

VISITING THE NURSERY

The nursery, restaurant and red barn are fully open as usual, every day from 9am-5pm.

We are kindly asking for you to observe strict social distancing rules at all times and 2 metres where possible. In line with government guidelines we would kindly ask you to wear a mask at all times whilst in the gallery/ shop and whilst entering and moving around in the restaurant.

OUR GARDENS

*Our gardens will be open on these additional days in September 14th, 15th and 17th to Celebrate ‘THE GREAT BRITISH GARDEN PARTY’ in conjunction with the NGS helping to raise money for vital nursing charities.

Why not make a day of it and book lunch or afternoon tea in our restaurant ? or simply a glass of Pimms and a cream teas for a lighter option. (48 hours notice needed for full afternoon tea)

Normal opening in support of the Hospice at Home every Wednesday and Sunday between 1-4 pm until 30th Sept.Please enter the nursery via the one way system and make your way down to the vegetable garden at the bottom of the nursery to access the gardens. The charge is £4 per person (children free) this will be collected at the gate to the vegetable garden. We would kindly request that one family group visit the chapel at any one time, so please wait outside if there is already someone in. Many thanks

THE RESTAURANT

Is now open daily from 9am-5pm (4.30pm last orders)- booking is advisable as we have a decreased amount of tables due to social distancing

Please read this carefully if you are planning to visit:

1. Please park considerately – if the car park is full then so is the nursery so please postpone your visit to a quieter period.
2. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate dogs on the premises. 
3. We have a strict one way system in place to enter and exit- the entrance is under the gatehouse and the exit is through the courtyard. DO NOT ENTER via the usual entrance. Black boards will be in place to guide you.
4. Hand sanitiser is available on entry and exit to the nursery, restaurant and red barn please make sure you use it.
5. Trolleys will be available for use around the nursery. After use trolleys should be left out the front in the designated area and we will disinfect them and bring them back in.
6. Please observe social distancing around the nursery.
7. On checkout please wait in the courtyard until the till is free. When free please wheel your trolley into the area and step back whilst your plants are scanned. Please be kind to our staff these rules are for everyones safety. 
8. If you are planning to visit please check our website and if there are specific things you require- either give us a ring or email the day before and we’ll do our best to bring the plants up for you.
9. The entrance to RED BARN is via the one way system and through the small door in the corner of the courtyard, the exit is onto the road.
