Rosa ‘Hugh Dickson’ A Hybrid Perpetual shrub rose forming healthy vigorous large shrub, large beautifully perfumed deep rich red quartered flowers, produced all summer. Ht 6-7ft. Peg down growing shoots for best effect. Full sun, well drained fertile soil. Will also climb.
