Rosa ‘Roseraie De L’Hay’ ‘Shrub rose: Rugosa’. Vigorous dense shrub with apple green foliage. Rich wine purple buds opening to crimson purple rosettes. Strong scent. Ht 7ft, spr 5ft. Well drained soil. Sun or part shade.
