An acuminata x loebneri hybrid with bright yellow, cupped flowers usually before the leaf emerges. Flowers at a very young age, April and May. Citrus scented flws which are long-lasting flowers, even in bad weather. Suitable for smaller gardens due to its upright growth. Ht 9m. Sun/ part shade. Fertile, well drained soil. Sheltered site.
