Corylus avellana ‘Ennis’

A mid-sized shrub or small tree with green leaves turning yellow in autumn. It bears yellow catkins in spring and abundant (hazel) nuts in autumn. Planting more than one bush gives better pollination hence more fruits. Ht 3m. Any reasonable soil. Sun/ part shade.

Grown in the ground and autumn potted.
