Gage ‘Reine Claude D’Oullins’

Another French variety out of Reine Claude range. Large, spherical greeny-yellow fruit. Delicious, sweet and juicy taste. An early variety that ripens from mid to end of August. Flws in May and is self-fertile which means that it fruits abundantly without a pollinator. Also useful as pollinator for other, non self-fertile varieties. It can be kept smaller by pruning. Fully hardy to -27°C.
