Magnolia ‘Rose Marie’

M. ‘Pink Surprise’ x M. ‘Daybreak’. Large flowers with nine broad tepals. The flower is a vivid rosy pink outside and medium pink within, a shade darker than M. ‘Daybreak’. Flowers later so excellent for a northern climate, avoiding the main of the Spring frosts. Growth in 10 years 8-10ft tall. Acid soil. Sun part shade.
