Staphylea colchica ‘Black Jack’

Beautiful shrub with pinnate leaves that emerge green and turn to deep dark red (almost black). Panicles of white fragrant flowers, May followed by attractive fruits, Aug-Sept. Ht 3-4m. Hardy to -20º. Attracts bees and butterflies. Humus rich soil. Part shade/sun.
