Rosa ‘Rhapsody In Blue’ Rose of the year 2003.; A wonderful new colour in roses. Irridescent purple flowers fading to slate blue. Large mid green foliage on a free flowering bush. Sweetly fragrant. Ht 4ft. Sunny position. Well drained, fertile soil.
