Phormium ‘Golden Ray’

A clump-forming, evergreen perennial grown for its architectural foliage. Broad, linear, upright to pendulous, leathery, mid-green leaves with creamy-yellow margins and orange-red edges. Panicles of tubular, yellow flws on mature plants. Ht 2m (6ft). Any reasonable soil. Excellent for maritime exposure and industrial areas. Protect from frosts in the coldest localities.
