Hosta ‘Whirlwind’ AGM

Heart shaped leaves have white centres and dark green margins, are slightly twisted and curved, and held upright on stiff petioles, forming a tight mound. The leaf centre can change through the season, depending on sun exposure, from creamy to bright white to light green. ‘Whirlwind’ has unusual dark green veins, which contrast with the bright white centre. A vigorous grower with good substance; slug resistant. A wonderful hosta! Ht 20″ x Spr 40″. Part shade/ shade. Moist soil.
