Cornus alba ‘Red Gnome’

‘Dogwood’. A compact cultivar that typically grows in a rounded mound 4ft x 4ft. Dark green foliage retains good color throughout the growing season before turning burgundy in autumn. Creamy white flowers bloom in clusters at the branch ends in late spring. White berries mature in mid-summer. Bright red stems are particularly attractive in winter. Moist or well drained soil, sun or part shade.
