Abies pinsapo ‘Serenade’

A compact ornamental form of Spanish Fir with a unique dense crown that has a broad conical shape. Its unusual needles and elegant appearance make this plant an ideal choice for the collector or as an accent in landscape design. Stiff, short needles blue-green. Ht 2-3m x spr 1 m, eventually.Attractive purple buds, in Spring on mature plants. Annual growth 5-10cm. Slightly acidic or neutral soil. Best in sunny position.
