Rhododendron ‘Horizon Monarch’ AGM ‘Nancy Evans x Pont Defiance’. A lovely variety with very heavy trusses of pale greenish yellow flowers with small vivid red flare opening from red buds. Flws: May-Jun. Leathery deep green leaves. Ht 6ft in 10 years. An excellent all round plant. Acid soil.
