Stachyurus salicifolius

A unusual evergreen arching shrub with long narrow willow like leaves upto 25cm long. Relatively new to cultivation. Long thin racemes of yellow flowers in late winter. Best grown against a wall, especially in colder localaties. Fertile well drained soil. Sun or part shade.
