Sanguisorba ‘Little Angel’

Compact plant with variegated green and white foliage topped by maroon button flowers on slender stems. Ht 30cm. A form of the British native salad burnet, so the leaves are in fact edible, best when young, lending a slightly nutty or cucumber flavour to salads. Any reasonable soiol. Sun or part shade.
