Rosa ‘Westerland’ Shrub rose. Vigorous, upright shrub whose leaves are bonze-tinted when young. Clusters of fragrant, semi-double, orange flowers that are yellow on the undersides of the petals, summer- autumn. Ht 6-8ft. Moist but free-draining soil, full sun. Avoid planting in sites that have previously been used for growing roses.
