Fothergilla x intermedia ‘Blue Shadow’

‘Witch Alder’. A new selection with attractive blue grey summer foliage with velvety appearance, turning spectacular bright reds and oranges in autumn. Deciduous, bushy, dense shrub. Dense clusters of tiny, fragrant, white flowers. Flws: Apr- May, usually before leaves emerge. Ht and spr 4-5ft. Sun or part shade, moist acidic soil.
