Callistemon sieberi

Syn Callistemon pitoides. The hardiest species ‘the alpine bottlebrush’. Evergreen, arching shrub. Small bright green leaves. Short spikes of pale yellow flws, Jun-Aug. Ht 3-5ft. Not successful on shallow, chalky soils. Fertile soil, full sun.
