Acer x pseudosieboldianum ‘Ice Dragon’

A new series of hybrid acers that make great alternatives to Japanese maples and can tolerate extreme cold conditions – known as the Jack Frost Acer series. Gentle weeping habit with finely dissected leaves. The young leaves emerge orange red maturing to green during the summer and finally to fiery red in autumn. Ht 8ft. Sun/ part shade. Any reasonable, well drained soil.
