Quercus rubra ‘Boltes Gold’

A rare and slow growing form of red oak with golden leaves. Leaves appear in spring as a rich butter yellow before maturing to a lime colour and turning again in Autumn. Autumn colours best of acidic soil but will grow in any fertile soil. Ht 8ml. Best in dappled shade.
