Covid-19 update 12th April 2021
Open daily 9am-5pm
We are very pleased to be able reopen the Restaurant and Red Barn today.
We have now reinstated our one way system: the entrance is under the gatehouse (just a few metres down the village from the carpark) and the exit is by via the main till. Please do stick to this and do not exit via the entrance, these measures are in place to keep everyone safe !!
(I am sure you will all know what to do by now but we would kindly ask you to adhere to the following)
1.Please make sure that you do keep your distance of 2 metres should you come across another human being in the nursery
2. Please wear you masks around the nursery.
3.Sanitise your hands on entry and exit
4. Please wait your turn at the till until you are called forward. When called please place your trolley in the box marked out and step back while we scan your items. Only one person at the till at a time please. Where possible please use contactless payment.
Restaurant – La Casa Verde
We have opened the balcony and created an outdoor seating area beside the pond in this first phase of reopening. We apologise but we will not be able to take bookings due to the limited number of tables. It will purely be a first come first served basis. On entering the nursery please find a seat either on the balcony via the stone stairs or in the outdoor seating area. A waitress will be with you to take your order. Please bear with us this is new to us too !
Please enter via the one way system into the nursery and make your way to the courtyard where you can enter Red Barn from the small door in the corner.
MAIL ORDER service available as well as CLICK and COLLECT from the nursery– all plants can be purchased via our website www.larchcottage.co.uk
We grow so many plants it is physically impossible to put everything on display- so if there are specific things you require- either give us a ring or email the day before and we’ll do our best to bring the plants up for you.
Thank you to all who supported us last year we have now raised over £14,000 for ‘The Hospice at Home’. Our gardens and chapel will reopen again May 2nd.
Thank you for your support, patience and understanding.
