Yucca filamentosa ‘Color Guard’ AGM

Yellowish cream and green variegated foliage in rosettes, relaticely short spikes of ivory flowers, July-Oct. Leaves 70cm, flowers 1 metre. Exotic looking perennials producing spectacular panicles of creamy white flowers. Spiky, sword like foliage. Good in architectural planting schemes. Well drained, calcareous soil. Does best when planted in a shady position but will grow happily in full sun.
