Vaccinium Vitis-Idaea ‘Fireballs’

‘Ligonberry’. Dwarf, slowly spreading evergreen with glossy, box-like leaves and racemes of bell-shaped flws flushed pink followed by masses of big red berries from mid- to late summer. Originating from the Arctic and alpine regions of Northern Europe and North America, this plant is incredibly tough and robust. Ht 12″ x Spr 3ft. Peaty, acid soil, part shade. Cool site.
