Euonymus hamiltonianus ‘Koi Boy’ is a small tree or large shrub with an arching habit. Excellent variety of the spindle tree producing persistent white seed capsules which open to reveal striking bright red seeds, Sept-Nov – resembling the colours of Koi carp. Clusters of small creamy-yellow flowers in spring. Occasionally semi-evergreen. Ovate leaves turn lemon yellow in autumn. Growth up to 6m/20ft in ten years. Sun/ part shade. Well drained soil.
