Ligustrum ibota ‘Musli’

Selected as a seedling of Ligustrum ibota in Switzerland. Evergreen to semi-evergreen foliage strikingly variegated. Young shoots are light yellow, turning white with time. Light grey-green older foliage with creamy white edges, sometimes so wide that they cover the entire width of the leaf. When young, bushy, spreading growth with arching branches forming a dense bush with age. Moderate growth. Clusters of fragrant white tubular, nectar bearing flowers, turning into blue-black berries, which attract the birds. Flws Summer. Tolerates pruning and is suitable in topiary, and hedging. Ht 6-8ft (2-2.5m). Shade tolerant, not particular about soil. Hardy (-25°C)
