Rosa ‘Hebes Lip’, ‘Damask’. Scented semi-double white flowers tinted pink at edges in clusters. Scented foliage. A tidy compact shrubs, suitable for tubs or hedging. Tolerates poorer conditions. Ht 1.2m x 1.2m.
