Physalis alkekengi ‘Halloween King’

Very compact variety of Chinese lantern that produces paper thin lanterns which start out green and turn to a warm orange-red from the month of august through to September. Approx 50cm (19″). Grows best in moist, well-drained soil and a spot with full sun.
