Rosa ‘Home Sweet Home’, ‘Shrub rose: Floribunda’.An excellent shrub rose which produces well formed blooms in a variety of creamy colours. Darker shades of cream appear towards the centre of the flower, shading to lighter creams on the edges. Fragrant. Ht: 120cm x 75cm.
