Rosa ‘Fimbriata’ ‘Phoebe’s Frilled Pink’. Pretty light pink carnation-like flowers with fringed petals. A dainty refined flower. Repeats well. Scented. Ht 3ft by 3ft. Tolerates poorer soils and shade. Suitable for container.
