Rhubarb ‘Red Champagne’

An outstanding early variety with long, pale pink stems with sweet taste. Plant Sept-Dec or Feb-Apr in a rich soil which includes plenty of compost or manure. Plant so that crown is just level with surface of the soil. Do not pick 1st year and to maintain a healthy plant, cease harvesting at the end of July thereafter.
