Pinus parviflora ‘Jim’s Curly Chest Hair’

This pyramidal conifer was found as a seedling of Pinus strobus ‘Torulosa’ by Jim Boyko. A new and very attractive variety of Weymouth pine with a cascading, weeping appearance, originally from the USA. Tightly twisted needles and loose growth. Ht 2m in 10 years. Grows well on slightly acidic neutral loamy and sandy loam.
