M.acuminata x M.denudata. A very attractive small tree. Clear pale primrose yellow, fragrant, cup-shaped flowers. Flws: April-May, before the leaves emerge. AGM 2002. Requires a good, lime-free or neutral soil. Protect from cold winds.
