Cornus mas ‘Flava’ (synon. mas ‘xanthocarpa’)

A distinctive form of Cornelian cherry with bright yellow berries. Forms a large shrub. Yellow flowers appear on bare stems in early Spring Feb-Mar followed by the edible yellow fruits. Red autumn colour. Ht 10-15ft, slow growing. Sun or partial shade.Well-drained soil.
