Chaenomeles speciosa ‘Scarlet Storm’ (PBR)

A new strain with compact, bushy habit. Approx. 1.5 m high and wide, thornfree; leaves oval, shiny dark green. Large, frilly double scarlet flowers; abundant blooming, March-April with reblooming in June. A very versatile shrub. Any reasonable soil. Sun or part shade. Does not fruit.
