Astrantia major ‘Burgundy Manor’

Like a red ‘shaggy’. Large and very beautiful dark red flowers with centres like pincushions, are held on reddish black stems high above the deep green foliage. In full bloom in mid summer, this strong variety will establish itself quickly and repeat flower. Ht 75cm. Part shade. Moist but well drained soil.
