Abelia x grandiflora ‘Edward Goucher’

Abelia x grandiflora ‘Edward Goucher’ is a more compact specimen than grandiflora. It is semi-evergreen with dark, glossy green leaves that are bronze when young and lilac pink, orange-throated, fragrant flowers Jul-Oct or later. Height 5-6ft (1.5-1.8m). Prefers well drained soil and performs best in full sun. May need winter protection in coldest localities.
