Athyrium niponicum ‘Silver Falls’

A beautiful deciduous fern with stunning finely divided fronds in shades of burgundy, silver and grey green with contrasting bright red veins. The colour intensifies as the season goes on. The fronds cascade, and was named after a famous Oregon waterfall. Ht 12″. Moist to wet soil. Needs protection from frost. Shady conditions.
