Magnolia ‘March-til-Frost’

A lovely new variety with an exceptionally long flowering period. Purple buds open to pink tulip like flowers from March until September. The flowers are pale pink at first getting darker throughout the season. Nice glossy foliage. Candle-like seed pods held vertically on the plant. Grows into a tall upright branched tree. Ht: 2-4m (6-13ft). Best grown in full sun or partial shade. Shelter from cold winds. Acid soil.
