Cornus ‘Soleil Rouge’

A recent new introduction. Large shrub or small tree producing an abundance of light salmon-pink coloured bracts turning bright-pink and red. Large strawberry like fruits. Dark-green foliage with vibrant autumn leaf colour, which lasts until heavy frosts. Ht 3-5m. Not suitable for shallow chalk soils, prefers neutral to acid soils.
