Rosa ‘Felicite Parmentier’ ‘Alba’. A beautiful compact shrub with full 2.5″ densely packed soft pink flowers reflexing to pom-pom, highly scented Jun/Jul, with healthy grey foliage. Ht 4′ by 4′. Well drained soil, sun or shade.
