Sequoiadendron Gig. ‘Vida Magical Mystery’

‘Vida Magical’ is a rare variety with lemon yellow bracts. It’s thick trunk stands straight with plunging branches giving its crown a very regular conical shape. It likes light, ideally full sun exposure, otherwise they require at least 6 hours of full sun per day, good atmospheric humidity, but are afraid of the wind. It grows poorly in very calcareous soils. Adult ht: about 300-350 cm. This variety grows in a pyramidal shape when young, and takes on a more columnar shape with age.
