Rosa x centifolia ‘De Meaux’ ‘Centifolia rose’. Short, erect, well foliated plant. Masses of small, double pink flowers. Scented. Ht 2 x 2.5ft. Suitable for tub or small hedge. Tolerates poorer soils.
