Rosa ‘Flower Carpet Velvet Red’ Ground Cover. Small buds quickly open to reveal a single rich velvet wine red flowers, offset with deep gold pollen in the centre. Continuous displays of blooms on large clusters of 25 to 30 flowers. Ht 2ft x 3ft.
