‘Crape Myrtle’. A beautiful large shrub requiring a hot sunny site. Panicles of white flws with crinkled petals, open from burgundy buds mid-end July. Good autumn colour. Flaking bartk on mature plants. Best planted against a sunny wall. May need winter protection. Prune back in spring after the frosts to about 1/3.
