Hydrangea involucrata ‘Viridescens’ AGM

A robust new introduction from Japan, with broad elliptic bristly leaves, bearing purple-pink corymbs of fertile flowers surrounded by pale green larger than normal, sterile florets from June – August.
Requires partial shade in any good moist acid to neutral soil. Height 1.5m. Spread 1.5m.
