Cornus kousa ‘Akatsukii’

A brilliant sport of ‘Satomi’. Plants showcase green centered leaves boldly edged with creamy-white variegation. In June, pale pink to white flowers adorn the upright branch work. Plants are slower growing than the species reaching perhaps 12’ tall and wide when mature. Best performance will occur in part shade with an even moisture regime.
