We are a daytime restaurant serving a continental style menu. We are looking to expand next season and are looking for someone to join the team to lead the 'sweet side' of our menu. Someone who loves baking: to make a variety of cakes, desserts, pastries and other sweet goods. We serve continental style cakes, pastries, tarts etc and use the best quality ingredients. This is a great opportunity to be creative - you will have the opportunity to make your own recipes and develop your own ideas.

We operate very much as a team, with everyone helping each other. You will also be expected to do some savoury cooking, help out during service and cover the chefs days off- creating a varied and interesting position.
Day time hours, straight shifts. Normal hours are 8am-5pm maybe longer during busy periods, 5 days per week out of seven including weekend work
Good rate of pay for suitable candidate
